1830 tornadoes

My friend Tim Troutman, who is the Warning Coordination Meteorologist at the Huntsville office, recently stumbled upon a gold mine of information regarding historical tornadoes previously little or unknown to the National Weather Service. One of those documents describes in great detail the tornadoes of May 31, 1830 that struck Charlotte and Shelbyville here in Middle Tennessee. Enjoy.
