Downburst near Nashville ZOO

This is a 0.5 degree base velocity radar image from the Nashville terminal doppler weather radar. There is an inbound/outbound couplet in Southern Davidson County (green/red). Winds at ground level were reported to be 35 mph by spotters. I made the image on the evening of June 17th, 2008. -Bobby Boyd
